House 112
House 112
This project involved a major renovation for a small, young family. The lower section of the home featured the formal areas, including the drawing room and the entrance. The drawing room was designed to be formal and classic, using traditional moldings and a traditional ceiling. Pure raw silk was used for the sofas, and traditional carpets were chosen to enhance the formal look. The entrance was styled in a similar classic manner to maintain consistency.
The upper section of the home included the family lounge, master bedroom, bathroom, walk-in closet, and children’s spaces. The family lounge was designed to be casual and vibrant, with added color, texture, and fun accessories. A feature wall with fun shapes and moldings was created for the TV area, and the space was furnished with a comfy sofa, a colorful carpet, and soft furnishings.
The master bedroom was designed to be neutral and calming to contrast the colorful lounge. The goal was to create a peaceful retreat for the owners. Overall, the design aimed to reflect the young family’s age and lifestyle, creating a vibrant yet balanced home environment.
