The Alvi Residence, a 300-yard house, experienced a comprehensive renovation to revive its appeal. Initially built approximately 20 to 25 years ago, the house boasted excellent sunlight due to its corner plot location, presenting a great potential for transformation.

We began with an alteration to the elevation’s color scheme, which had previously been dominated by beige tones, imparting a subdued aesthetic. To overcome this, stone elements were introduced to add texture and depth, accompanied by a shift from beige to gray hues, as evident in the images you will just see.

Internally, the renovation involved a complete overhaul, including the replacement of all flooring and the comprehensive refurbishment of bathrooms. The kitchen underwent a thorough transformation, with a focus on modernization to align with contemporary preferences. 

Notably, the incorporation of vibrant pops of color throughout the house reflected the client’s affinity for color, presenting a challenge for us: balancing the infusion of modern elements while preserving the inherent charm of the space.
